WELCOME TO PLAYMAKERS
Playmaker is where young players fall in love with the game and grow into confident athletes. Our training sessions focus on the fundamentals - ball control, passing, movement, and game awareness - taught by technical director Carl Edwards who knows how to make learning fun.

Whether your child is touching a ball for the first time or sharpening their edge for competitive play, we meet them where they are and help them take the next step. Small groups, real attention, and a positive environment where every kid is encouraged to push themselves and enjoy the journey.
CARL EDWARDS
Carl brings nearly
three decades of elite soccer experience
to Playmakers - as a player, coach, and program builder
across the US, Europe, and Asia.
He holds a US Soccer "A" License, a UEFA B License, and an MA in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology.

His coaching career spans every level of the game:
Head Coach of the San Jose Earthquakes U18 MLS Academy,
Executive Director of Soccer for a network of youth clubs across Asia,
and current Talent Identification scout for US Soccer.

He's led national-championship-winning teams and trained thousands of young players over his career.
At Playmaker, Carl channels that experience into what matters most for young athletes: strong fundamentals, real confidence, and a genuine
love for the game.
